For students
How do I find a driving instructor?
Go to Browse and filter by city, licence category (B, A, C, etc.) and ratings. You can read reviews from real students before choosing an instructor.
How do I enrol in a package?
Open the instructor's profile, pick the package that fits you and click Enrol. To book lessons you'll need to create an account — it only takes a minute.
Can I book a first lesson before buying the whole package?
Yes. You can book and pay for a single lesson without buying the whole package — try the instructor first, then continue at your own pace.
How do I reschedule a booked lesson?
Open the booking in your dashboard and, if the cancellation window hasn't closed, cancel it and pick another time from the instructor's calendar.
Can I switch instructors?
You can enrol with a new instructor any time, but an already-started package can't be transferred between instructors. For exceptional cases, contact us and we'll help.
Bookings & packages
What is a package?
A package is an instructor's offer with a fixed lesson count, lesson length and price. Once enrolled, you book individual lessons from it at times that work for you.
How many lessons can I book?
As many as are in your package. For example, a 30-lesson package with 90-min lessons lets you book up to 30 lessons against the instructor's schedule.
What happens if the instructor cancels a lesson?
The lesson returns to your package at no charge. If this happens repeatedly, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Payments & cancellations
Which payment methods are supported?
All payments go through Stripe — one of the most trusted payment systems in the world. Cash payments aren't supported on Driving.lt.
Does Driving.lt charge students any fees?
No — it's completely free. You only pay your instructor for the package you choose. Driving.lt doesn't add fees on top.
What are the cancellation rules?
Each instructor sets their own cancellation rules and windows — you'll see them on the instructor's profile before you enrol. Cancel in time and the lesson returns to your package; cancel late and it may count as a taken lesson.
How do refunds work?
If a lesson returns to your package, you can book it again. Refunds to your card only happen in exceptional cases — get in touch if you think yours qualifies.
For driving schools
How does a school join Driving.lt?
We onboard driving schools personally. Send an application through the contact page or email info@driving.lt — we'll get back within 1 business day and walk you through setup.
How much does Driving.lt cost schools?
We have clear monthly plans based on the number of instructors — see the pricing page for details. No per-student commission.
Is Driving.lt a middleman between school and student?
No. Students enrol directly with your school — Driving.lt is a tool. Contracts, documents and lesson history belong to you.
Account & privacy
What's the minimum age to sign up?
You can sign up on Driving.lt from age 16.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from your dashboard — head to the account settings and pick the delete option.
How is my personal data protected?
Your data is encrypted, payments go through Stripe, and we don't store card details. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
